Medical Return/Exchange Policy

Sanctuary Cannabis stands behind the quality of our products and wants to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Bring back any defective product along with the original packaging and receipt within seven (7) days of purchase to the original store where the item was purchased and Sanctuary will offer the same or a similar product of equal value.

Cash Refunds cannot be issued.

Due to state traceability, Sanctuary Cannabis does not accept subjective returns and can only take back product with manufacturer defects at the original store of purchase.

Sanctuary Cannabis cannot exchange or fix defective Puffco and Grav Labs products – please reach out to the manufacturer directly for exchange inquiries.
