How Sanctuary Elite Works

Earning Points

Patients earn points on qualifying purchases. The number of points earned per dollar increases as patients advance from Gold to Platinum and Diamond status.

Redeeming Points

A minimum purchase of $20 is required to redeem loyalty points. Points may be applied toward a maximum discount of $30 per transaction.

Calendar-Year Tiers Loyalty tiers are determined by the total number of points earned during the calendar year.

Tier Status Is Protected Redeeming loyalty points does not reduce or otherwise affect a patient's current tier status.
